Rudolf and Margaret Hiebert moved into their home eleven years ago and had most of their windows replaced by Polar Ray-O-Max at that time. Four years ago they had their living room window replaced and two weeks ago they had new front and back doors installed.
Today their home is completely “polarized” so that all their windows and doors are Polar Ray-O-Max including their basement windows. Recently the installers went to tweak the front door as it was a little tight when closing it, but “tweaking” is all a part of the process of the perfect installation.
The Hieberts have been happy with their windows and have only ever had one minor repair necessary for a window screen. Over the years they have always had contact with one Polar representative, Gerhard Enns who has been with the company for twenty years.
They have recommended Polar windows and doors to both of their neighbours. It’s now looking more like a “polarized” block, as the residents of this Winnipeg street stay warm, comfortable and quiet in their homes.
